AdsFinal — Acceptable Use & Fraud Policy

AdsFinal uses automated detection and manual review to keep our platform fair for creators and advertisers. We prohibit fraudulent behavior, adult content in monetized links, and any attempts to game the system. Violations may result in warnings, loss of earnings, or account termination.

We use AI-driven detection for VPNs, proxies, automated/self-clicking, and other suspicious patterns. If a user is found abusing the system, their account will be terminated and earnings forfeited.

• Automated detection: Machine learning models and heuristics analyze signals such as IP reputation, headers, unusual click timing, repeat patterns, etc.
• Examples of fraud: using bot farms, scripted/self-clicking, rotating proxies specifically to inflate clicks, and sharing links in ways that create artificial views or clicks.
• Users suspected of fraud will be paused and reviewed. Confirmed fraud leads to termination.

Porn and adult content is strictly banned on AdsFinal.

• Monetized short links that destination to adult sites or material are prohibited.
• Links that bypass age-gating, or attempt to monetize NSFW content, will be removed and accounts may be suspended immediately.

To ensure fair payout and analytics, AdsFinal counts only one visit per user per day for each shortened link. Repeated visits from the same user in the same day do not increase earnings.

• Visit attribution is based on a combination of IP, device fingerprint, and cookies.
• If a user's device or network appears to rotate identifiers rapidly to bypass limits, those visits will be treated as suspicious and excluded.

Reason: prevents artificial inflation of views and protects legitimate creators.

Self-clicking is strictly prohibited. Opening your own links to inflate earnings is considered fraud. Our systems detect self-clicking using behavior analysis, IP/device checks, and click timing patterns.

• If you click your own short link, earnings for that visit will not be counted.
• Repeated self-clicking attempts may result in account termination and loss of accrued earnings.

AdsFinal reserves the right to exclude specific traffic sources or patterns from counting towards earnings in order to maintain high CPM and traffic quality for all users.

• We may selectively count or ignore traffic from regions, networks, or devices identified as low-quality or high-risk.
• This ensures advertisers receive genuine engagement and creators enjoy consistent, higher CPM rates.
• Excluded traffic is automatically filtered and not reflected in visit or earning statistics.

Our goal is to maintain fairness and stable revenue across the platform by prioritizing valuable, authentic traffic.

If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal. Appeals should include clear, concise information and any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, explanations).

• Appeal review typically includes a timeline, related logs, and manual review by our team.
• We will respond with a decision and the reason for the outcome.

• Share links organically—avoid paid click schemes or incentivizing repeated clicks from the same users.
• Do not use VPN/proxy farms or ask others to artificially inflate your link stats.
• Use clear landing pages and avoid adult or restricted content in monetized links.
• Monitor your dashboard regularly and report suspected abuse to our team.

Following these practices keeps your account safe and helps maintain fair payouts for everyone.
